A HUFF AND A PUFF AND BLOW YOUR HOUSE DOWN

Fri, 11/15/2013 - 01:55 -- Word Smith

Nature will always have its way. Now, The National Trust, which looks after over 700 miles of British coastline has admitted that 10 of its most famous beauty spots could be under threat from rising sea levels meaning that the country’s entire coastline will be dramatically altered in decades to come.

Areas affected range across the entire country from Studland beach in Dorset, St Michael’s Mount in Cornwall and closer to home, the dunes of Formby near Liverpool and the 18th-Century fishing village of Porthdinllaen in Wales.

SALES PROCESS

You’ve decided to sell your house, so what are the next steps?

Once you’ve decided to sell your house, you will need to instruct an estate agent who will agree the terms of the sale and arrange viewings or you can do it yourself  but most people prefer to employ an estate agent because they have the marketing power not normally available to most people.
