Selling your house is something that most people only do a few times during their lifetime. It is a potentially costly business and can cost you thousands if you get it wrong ie if you don't realise the full asking price, or have poor advice from the estate agent to begin with so it is not marketed properly. How do you overcome this and what do you do about it?
